Delivery & Returns

Upon receipt of the completed online order, the client will receive an order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking number once the order is sent out. Because some CCWW Designs designs are made by hand, lead times vary. Please allow 4-8 weeks for most items to ship, and 8-10 weeks for custom items to ship.

Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in the same condition as they were shipped. Accrued shipping charges will be deducted from any credits, and items must be sent back via FedEx and insured for the full dollar amount.

All custom pieces are final sale.
