Shipping policy

Upon receipt of the completed online order, the client will receive an order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking number once the order is in transit. All items are shipped via insured FedEx and require adult signature.

As some CCWW Designs pieces are made by hand, lead times vary. Please allow 4-8 weeks for made to order items to ship, and 8-10 weeks for custom items.
